Coronavirus (COVID-19)

As a part of the ongoing efforts to proactively limit the spread of COVID -19, ServU Credit Union has made additional changes to branch operations.

Effective March 30, 2020

Our Hornell, Bath, Painted Post, Alfred and Dundee Offices will offer limited services from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday - Friday).

Our Corning Office will remain closed until further notice.

ServU is committed and prepared to handle your financial needs during this difficult time. Our staff is ready to assist you. We appreciate your understanding of the importance to provide service continuity by protecting our staff and our members. E-Services

During these times when individuals are encouraged to stay home, remember that you can utilize our e-services to complete many of your transactions, including transfers, deposits, requests for new loans, bill payments and more.

How can we help you? 

  • Loan Relief - Skip your next loan payment, fees waived. 

  • Real Estate Loan Relief - We have options for relief on Real Estate loan payments. 

  • Here For You Loan - Borrow up to $500 at 0.99% APR and no payment for 90 days. 

  • Apply for a loan by contacting our loan department by phone or using the online application. Most members will be able to complete the entire loan process electronically, so there is no need to come into a branch or wait until our branch operations are back to normal.

  • CARES Act Stimulus Package - Get more information regarding the CARES Act.

  • We are participating in the Small Business Administration Paycheck Protection Program (SBA PPP). Get more information and fill out the form online.

  • You may qualify for our “Credit Card Skip a Pay” program for May 16 and June 16th payments as well as no late fees during the months of April, May and June 2020.  Most members will automatically qualify, but you can make your monthly payment if you do not want participate in the skip. Finance charges will continue to accrue and payments will resume to normal starting with the July 16th due date. You are responsible for stopping any recurring payment to your ServU credit card. To determine if you qualify for the automatic skip, look at your monthly statement to see if the amount due is “none”, as shown in the image below.

    If you do not automatically qualify for the skip, please contact ServU for additional options.

Scams

Members are advised to stay alert for new scams involving the pandemic including fraudulent calls, emails and text messages.

Remember - ServU Credit Union will never contact you by phone, email or text to ask you to update your account information or to provide your account number, Personal Identification Number (PIN), or Debit or Credit Card Number, password or Social Security Number.
